Neon on West 36th and Fashion

I stopped at a red light while foot-traffic crossed in front of me in the Fashion District. This is a color study of socio-economic differences in choices of color in regards to fashion in NYC back in early April. Our Strava Shoot crew had rented a duplex condo in Harlem because the price was right and we were close to the GW Bridge. Fashion in Harlem often had a bit of neon thrown in here and there. A jacket, sneakers, detailing of some sort and accessories. I thought nothing of it until this lone neon green figure, in a sea of subdued blacks, grays and other dark colors entered my frame.

The view looking down standing on the George Washington Bridge. A color study of the play of light reflecting on the bridge pylon and pier, the Hudson River, and the land in between below the GW on the New York side. The land strip is pavement, dirt, a lighthouse, a cone lying on its side, and boulders. Taken in early April while working in the City on a Strava film shoot.
