While I do enjoy using the iPhone 4S to capture moments that require no editing, I have also been going to the opposite extreme.
NYC from the GWB
An early AM view of the city from a mid-bridge vantage point. No color corrections, slightly cropped on the bottom to remove a passing car that came into frame, and shot with the iPhone 4S.
